In the app
On iPhone and Android: open Profile, then Account and legal, then Delete account, and confirm.
Without the app
Email support@seedwellness.app from the mobile number on the account and ask us to delete it.
What happens
We delete your profile, contacts, health summaries, check-ins and messages, and remove your sign-in. Any wallet balance, Seed Credit, points and unused packs are forfeited. Bookings and payments stay in our records without your name, as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.
